Booz Allen Hamilton – Associate (Health Operations)
Courtney’s own words about her Seminole Spirit: “Let’s just cut to the chase with my FSU love; 1) I have a dog named Deion Sanders, 2) I still have the pom poms and the tickets framed on my wall from the National Championship Game, 3) in 2010 I drove all the way to Oklahoma to watch the FSU v OU game but only had enough money to stay in a hotel for one night, so I drove back the next day, 4) I don’t own any orange because it is associated with too many terrible rival teams, and finally 5) I custom ordered my Mazda back in 2012 in Garnet with two amazing gold arrows down the side (RIP golden arrows that were stripped off by Miami fans in French Town in 2013) Inevitably I would love to get the DC Noles on the map as an invaluable resource to FSU as a whole, and in turn pay back the wonderful experiences that I had at FSU forward to current and future students. I hope I can bring my background in volunteerism, mentoring, and website design with me as a valuable tool that the entire organization will benefit from.”

Working at large consultancy firms such as BearingPoint and Deloitte gave him exposure to a large variety of information technology projects. He took a liking to the data analysis side (before it was cool) and continued to geek out for a few years. Following the big company tour he settled in at a small technology company where he honed his analytics skill set all while being promoted to the Director of Talent Management to manage all employee affairs when not slinging code and data.
